A safari reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit of the total safari price (or 50% during peak migration season / luxury lodge bookings). The balance is payable 30 days before departure or in cash / bank transfer upon arrival in Nairobi before commencement of the trip.
Inclusions: All government park entry fees, game drives in custom 4x4 Land Cruiser with pop-up roof, services of a professional English-speaking driver-guide, full board accommodation during safari, airport transfers as specified, and complimentary bottled drinking water in safari vehicles.
Exclusions: International flights, visa fees, travel & medical insurance, hot air balloon safaris (unless included in the package), alcoholic beverages, laundry services, and tips/gratuities to safari staff.
Cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellation fees are determined based on the policies of national park authorities and accommodation partners:
Guests must adhere strictly to Kenya Wildlife Service (KWS) park regulations and instructions given by our driver-guides, including remaining inside the safari vehicle except at designated observation viewpoints, refraining from feeding wild animals, and avoiding excessive noise.
All travelers are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive international travel and medical insurance covering emergency evacuation (such as Flying Doctors AMREF), trip interruptions, and baggage loss.
